Vampire Kiss
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Distillerie Du Peyrat Organic Selection Cognac
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz cranberry juice
Cranberry Bitters
Optional: Egg white and Hibiscus Flower
Process
In a shaker with ice, add Cu Peyrat Cognac, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and an egg white. Shake and strain into a martini glass, over hibiscus flower. Add a few dashes of cranberry bitters to the top.
