Vampire Kiss

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Distillerie Du Peyrat Organic Selection Cognac 

  • ½ oz Cointreau

  • ½ oz cranberry juice 

  • Cranberry Bitters 

  • Optional: Egg white and Hibiscus Flower 

Process

In a shaker with ice, add Cu Peyrat Cognac, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and an egg white. Shake and strain into a martini glass, over hibiscus flower. Add a few dashes of cranberry bitters to the top.
