Une Fleur de Normandie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Louis de Lauriston Calvados Fine

  • ½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur 

  • ½ oz. Lemon juice

  • Lemon wheel for a garnish 

  • Optional egg white or Fee Foam

Process

  • Add Calvados, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coup class. Garnish with a lemon wheel!
