Ingredients

1/3 oz. Jean Fillioux COQ Cognac

1 oz. Jahiot Crème de Cassis

3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

Process:

Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass.
