Pêche Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Yu Gin

  • 1 oz Jules Theuriet Crème de Pêche

  • Lime Wedge 

  • Basil Leaves 

Process

  • Muddle a few basil leaves and a lime wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add Yu Gin, Crème de Pêche and ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf!
