Ingredients

• 1 oz Lauriston Calvados Reserve

• 1 1/2 oz Bastille Whiskey blend

• 1 oz Apple juice

• 3/4 oz Lemon juice

• 1 oz Thyme simple syrup

• A few dashes of Angostura bitters

Process

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
