La Poire Royale

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Claque-Pépin Calvados Fine

  • 1 oz Noces Royales Pear Liqueur

  • ½ oz Cointreau 

  • ½ oz orange juice

  • A few dashes of orange bitters 

  • Squeeze of lime juice 

  • Top off with Champagne


Process

Fill a shaker with ice and add calvados, Noces Royales, Cointreau, orange juice, bitters, and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top off with champagne and garnish with an orange slice.
