KiKi White

Ingredients

-1 ½ oz KiKi Vendéen Poires de Vendée Épines Noires 

-1 oz Saint Germain Elderflower Liqueur

-1 egg white 

Process

In a shaker, add ice, KiKi, Saint Germain, and egg white. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour into a coupe glass. Add a sprig of thyme and a slice of grapefruit for a fruity and zesty garnish.
