Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. KiKi Pear Vandéen

  • 1 ½ oz. Yu Gin 

  • ¾ oz. Noces Royales

  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice

  • Dash of simple syrup


Process

In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear!
