Ingredients:

2 oz. Chauffe Couer VSOP Calvados

.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

.75 oz. grenadine

lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Strain into a chilled a coupe or rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist.
