Friend’s Day
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Jean Fillioux Cognac Coq
1 oz Jules Theuriet Pamplemousse grapefruit liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
Tonic water
Mint leaves
Lime wedges
Process
Muddle together mint and lime wedges. Add ice, cognac, grapefruit liqueur and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Top off with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
