Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Yu Gin

  • ½ oz Noces Royales

  • ¼ oz Lemon juice

  • Top off with Champagne


Process

In a shaker filled with ice, add Yu Gin, Noces Royales, and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top off with champagne and add a lemon peel for garnish.
