Calvados Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Calvados (Claque-Pépin or Lauriston)

  • 1 oz. Guerin Sweet Vermouth

  • 2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Bada Bing Cherry


Process

In a shaker with ice,  add Calvados, vermouth and bitters. Stir and strain into a chilled glass over an ice cube. Garnish with a cherry.
