Cacao Cognac Espresso Martini

Ingredients

-1 ½ oz Normandin Mercier VSOP Cognac

-1 oz Jules Theuriet Crème de Cacao Ambrè

- 40 ml Espresso 

-Sugar cube 

-Cacao nibs 

Process

  • In a shaker, add ice, cognac, crème de cacao, espresso and shake for 30 seconds. In a martini glass, pour over a sugar cube. Garnish with cacao nibs.
