Breton Vieux Carré

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Armorik Single Malt Classic Whisky

  • 1 oz. Jean Fillioux Cognac COQ

  • 1 oz. Guerin Sweet Red Vermouth

  • 1 tsp. Bénédictine Liqueur

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

  • 1 Bada Bing Cherry


Process

Combine whisky, cognac, vermouth, Bénédictine liqueur, Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a glass, and garnish with a Bada Bing cherry.
