Made and aged in our cellars, Poirinella is a USDA Organic pear-based apéritif, the result of an approach which respects the environment at every step of its production.
The pears are grown on Claque-Pépin's organic orchards. Once matured, the pears are harvested and grated to extract the juice. This is combined with Claque-Pépin's organic pear brandy. The blend is aged in oaks barrels before being bottled at 16% ABV.

Smell: floral with dried fruits
Taste: harmonious, sweet, and persistent
Serve as an apéritif at 43° Fahrenheit, as an accompaniment to cheeses or fruity desserts, or in cocktails.
