Pomme Royale

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Claque-Pepin Calvados Hors d'Age
- 3/4 oz. Jahiot Creme de Framboise
- 3 1/4 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
Instructions:
Add calvados and creme de framboise to a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
