    Pomme Royale

    Pomme Royale with Claque Pepin Calvados Hors d'Age and Jahiot Creme de Framboise

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz. Claque-Pepin Calvados Hors d'Age
    • 3/4 oz. Jahiot Creme de Framboise
    • 3 1/4 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine

    Instructions:


    Add calvados and creme de framboise to a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
