La Garonne

 La Garonne Cocktail: La Garonne: Du Peyrat Organic Cognac, Normandin-Mercier Pineau des Charentes Blanc, ginger, Angostura bitters Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Du Peyrat Organic Cognac
  • 3/4 oz. Normandin-Mercier Pineau des Charentes
  • 1 small slice of ginger
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 oz. plus 1 tsp. simple syrup
  • 2 lime slices

Instructions:


Muddle ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake everything over ice to chill, then add 1 1/2 oz soda. Fine strain everything into a Collins glass with fresh ice.  Garnish with one dash of Regan's Orange Bitters and a lime twist. Santé!
