- 1 1/2 oz. Cognac Jean Fillioux Coq
- superfine sugar
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into glass. Garnish with a piece of orange peel.
