Ingredients:

1 1/3 oz. Jahiot Creme de Cassis

2/3 oz. vodka

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

4 oz. sparkling water
Instructions:
Add creme de casiss, vodka and lemon juice to a shaker over ice and shake. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon
peel.
