BlackJack with Jahiot Creme de Cassis, Vodka, Lemon Juice, and Sparkling Water


  • 1 1/3 oz. Jahiot Creme de Cassis
  • 2/3 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. sparkling water


Add creme de casiss, vodka and lemon juice to a shaker over ice and shake. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon peel.
